Who doesnt love mangoes? When in season we add them to every dessert, and every meal if possible!!! This is one of our favourite tarts. When mangoes are not in season, you can substitute mangoes for passionfruit /strawberries or any other berries. Ingredients : ( makes one tart) Condensed milk 50 gms Amul fresh cream 50 gms Mango puree 30 gms Mango cubes JusTrufs White Chocolate Callets 30 gms ( melted ) Castor sugar 40 gms Butter 80 gms Flour 120 gms Milk 20 gms Method : In a bowl knead together the flour, sugar, milk castor sugar into a smooth firm dough. Do not over knead, just enough to form a shape. Line the desired tart shells with the sweet pastry dough bake them at 150 degrees till golden brown. Once the tart shells are cool, use a pastry brush line the tart shell with a thin layer of melted white chocolate. Using an electric hand blender, whisk together the Amul fresh cream, milkmaid mango puree. Fill the tart shells with the mango puree filling and allow to set in the fridge for 2 hours. Garnish with the chopped mango cubes serve chilled. Mix together flour, sugar, milk and castor sugar into a smooth dough. Line the desired tart shells with the sweet dough and bake them at 150 degrees till golden brown. Beat together amul fresh cream, milkmaid and lemon juice. Fill all the tart shells with the lemon filling and allow to set. Put a thin layer of yellow glaze on top, garnish and serve.
