Orders and Shipping

addWhen will my order ship?
Orders received between Monday- Friday before 12 noon are generally shipped the same day or the next day. During a high demand season, they ship the next day.
addCan I place an order to be shipped outside of India?
At present, we ship outside India on special request only. Do send us an email to info@justrufs.com with the order request. The delivery charges will be calculated and informed via email.
addWhat are your shipping charges for India?
We offer free shipping for pan-India deliveries at this current point in time, for orders placed on our website. These conditions may change at any point in time, so please do check back, periodically.
addCan you ship chocolates during hot weather?
We take utmost care to give you 4 layers of protective material for each package shipped. All our shipments have reached intact over the past years.
addCan you ship the same order to multiple locations?
Each order will have to be placed individually with the sender and recipient clearly mentioned on each order.
addCan I schedule a delivery for a particular  date or time?
You can mention a preferred date of delivery while placing the order and we will try our best to schedule it to reach on that particular day or a day prior. We cannot pick an exact date and time for delivery as our products are couriered.
addDo you have a same-day delivery option?
We can try for same day delivery in Bangalore only, it depends on the time the order is placed, distance  and availability of the delivery person

addDo you deliver on Sundays and Public Holidays?
We are sorry but we do not deliver on Sundays and Public Holidays
addCan I give my preference for flavours and customise my assortment?
While placing an order, in Special Instructions, you can add your preference, eg no mint or all dark, or if you want only a particular flavour in the box, you can mention that as well.
addWhat shipping logistics do you use?
At present we have a tie-up with FedEx for pan-India shipping. We may use Dunzo for Bangalore based orders.
addWhat is the rate of taxes levied?
At present the GST applicable is 18%. The price displayed on the product is inclusive of taxes.
addI am placing an order for my Company, can I get a GST bill in the name of my Company?
Yes, you can. When placing the order, indicate that you are placing the order as a business, and enter your GST details and official address while placing the order. 
addCan I place an order ahead of time to be picked up from your Cafe in Jakkur?
Yes, you can select the takeaway option at the time of placing your order. It will still be the same charges as a courier order.
addDo you offer quantity discounts for Personal and Corporate gifting?
Yes, we do offer volume discounts. You can call or email us at info@justrufs.com directly with your enquiry.

addCan I customise a single box of chocolates?
This is difficult, but we do offer you a personalised message card. There are a few chocolates in the Classic Collection which can be customised with a personalised message.

Tracking my Order

addWill I receive an order confirmation by email or SMS?
You will receive an order confirmation by email. 
addHow will I know when my order has been shipped?
You will receive an email when we begin processing your order, when your order is shipped, and when it has been delivered. Upon shipment, the email you receive will have the tracking details. 
addCan I create an account after I start placing my order?
Yes, you can create an account even after you have placed an order. From that point on, all your orders on our website will be stored for future reference.
addHow can I amend my order?
An order may be amended if you get in touch with us by email within 30 minutes of placing an order. 
addHow do I cancel my order?
If you have signed in on our website, and placed the order as a registered user, you can cancel your order from My Orders. We urge you to use this option.  

If you have not registered on our website, please call and inform us within 30 minutes of placing an order, and we may be able to cancel your order.

The money will be directly refunded to the card you've used while placing the order, based on normal payment gateway terms and conditions. 

Returns

addCan I return a product I have ordered on your website?
Chocolates are perishable and hence we cannot accept any returns on our products
addWhat if the chocolates arrive in a melted state?
While we take the utmost care to ensure the chocolates reach you in good condition, if the chocolates arrive in a melted state please take a picture of the package as you open it and send it to us. We will send you a free replacement.
 
There are certain circumstances beyond our control when we will not be able to offer a replacement:
 
  1. The delivery address was incorrect and the courier could not find the location
  2. The door was locked several times and the courier had to go back and forth
  3. The recipient was travelling
  4. The recipient refused to accept the parcel 

How do I store my Chocolates?

addOnce my chocolates arrive do I store them in the fridge?
Chocolates are best stored in the fridge. Do keep them out of the fridge for 30 minutes before serving
addWhat is the shelf life of the chocolates?
Our chocolates are created fresh with no preservatives. Our bars can be stored for 6 months to a year in the fridge. Our truffles are highly perishable and should be consumed within 3 weeks once refrigerated

Dietary and Allergen Information

addDo JusTrufs chocolates contain eggs?
Our chocolates are completely eggless.
addWill the nut free chocolates still have traces of nuts?
Our chocolates are processed in a facility that works with nuts, so it is possible that there will be traces of nuts in our chocolates
addAre JusTrufs chocolates Vegan?
All our dark chocolate bars are vegan. Some of our truffles are vegan, so if you would like a vegan selection, do mention it in your special instructions, at the time of placing your order.
 
addAre JusTrufs chocolates Gluten free?
Yes, all our chocolate is Gluten free, except for our chocolate coated biscuits

Customised Orders

addWhat is your minimum order quantity for a customised order?
We can customise even one box with an edible logo. Of course the price for customisation is more economical when ordered for a larger quantity.
addHow much time will it take for a custom order to be delivered?
It is safe to order at least 45 days before the event. While we do take in rush orders, we prefer to create a special piece with enough time to do an absolutely wonderful job
