The day the Crayons Quit is a play based on the bestselling book by the same name. Written byDrew Daywalt, this is a delightful little book about how all the crayons in the box are protestingabout something or the other. They all have a genuine problem and have had enough. So theydecide to quit.Using parts of the book, weve used a bunch of visual elements to bring alive the problems ofthe crayons on stage, being it creating fire engines, waterfalls, seas, skies, santas sleigh, a fashionshow. This play is 45 mins of high energy engagement with kids as we transport them into theworld of the crayons.Weve modified a couple of really popular songs to communicate whats happening on stage andto get our tiny people to sing along with us.
