Starting on the 17th Of Sep .Learn Hatha, Hatha Vinyasa (Flow), Power Yoga, Pranayama and also do Guided meditations. This at Jus' Trufs, Jakkur from 17th September. Do three styles of Yoga on the three different days of the week with Pranayama and Meditation at the end of the class.
