What is the allergen information for your chocolates?
Our chocolates are completely eggless. All our dark chocolate bars are vegan. Some of our truffles are vegan, so if you would like a vegan selection, do mention it in your special instructions, at the time of placing your order. Except except for our chocolate coated biscuits, all our chocolates are also gluten free.
Do note, our chocolates are processed in a facility that works with nuts, so traces of nuts in our chocolates are a possibility.
How should I store your chocolates, and what is their shelf life?
Chocolates are best stored in the fridge. Do keep them out of the fridge for 30 minutes before serving
Our chocolates are created fresh with no preservatives. Our bars can be stored for 6 months to a year in the fridge. Our truffles are highly perishable and should be consumed within 3 weeks once refrigerated

What's special about your Belgian Pralines?
Belgian chocolate is considered the gourmet standard by which all other pralines are measured.
At Jus'Trufs, we've trained under several European Masters and perfected the art to bring you our selection of pralines, using the finest ingredients from Belgium.
Our Belgian couverture is 60-70% dark, smooth and intense, and our Belgian milk chocolate is delectable, with hidden caramel notes.

This range has interesting soft centres and some crunchy pralines too, created using some of our oldest traditional recipes, and a few innovative and modern styles as well.

How dark is your dark chocolate?
Our dark chocolates are darker than most commercial chocolates!
For a milder flavour, opt for couvertures from our 45% Milk Chocolates, up to 60% Dark Chocolate.
